陳寶華、男、漢族、1963年生,大學學歷，中共党員。曾供職於總參直屬單位。現任中囯徐悲鴻畫院督察监总。

   Chen Baohua, male, Han nationality, born in 1963, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He once worked in a unit directly under the General Staff Department. He is currently the chief inspector of Xu Beihong Painting Academy in China.
